Medication for Restlessness

Nights at the hospital were hard and I felt antsy and irritated. I remember trying to get out of bed, but the nurses wouldn’t let me and put me back to bed every time I tried to move around. I got frustrated that the nurses didn’t seem to understand me. My husband tells me that they gave me medication at night to help keep me calm, but I don’t remember feeling calm; I think the medication made me feel drowsy and more confused.
