Joan Humphrey

Joan Humphrey, DNP, CRNP, MPH, is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who provides Family Medicine services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in November 2016. Joan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and master’s in public health degrees from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachusetts, and her Post Masters Certificate Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts.
