Frank Conly

Dr. Frank Conly provides Family Medicine services for The Primary Health Network at the Altoona Community Health Center. He joined PHN in January 2014. Dr. Conly earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA, and completed his internship at Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr, PA.
