Erin Yesenosky

Erin Yesenosky is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who provides Family Medicine services for Primary Health Network at the Ebensburg Health Center, the Altoona Community Health Center, and the Tri-County Community Health Center. She joined PHN in May 2017. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown, PA, and her Master in Nursing degree from University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. She completed her certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Wheeling Jesuit University, Wheeling, WV.
